Monster | Emotional Baggage
With record unemployment during a pandemic that had no end in sight, it was safe to say we were all feeling it in the spring of 2020. But instead of dwelling on our problems, sometimes you just have to work through them.
The “Emotional Baggage” campaign not only gave the impacted workforce a chance to air out their frustrations, but it offered a solution with the original job search site. At a time when every other brand out there was being so earnest, we thought a little levity could go a long way.
The world didn’t need another supercut montage that was all the rage during lockdown (remember those?) But without access to talent, we needed a solution. It just so happened to be staring back at me, tucked inside my closet.
